Meet the steering committee

 The steering committee meets at least 6 times per year at an agreed-upon time and place. Notice of at least 10 days will be given for meetings, unless time-sensitive information and action are needed to be taken by the coalition. Attendance at meetings is critical. Steering committee members are expected to attend 80% of scheduled meetings, and notice of an absence should be sent to the Grassroots Engagement Director prior to the scheduled meeting date.
